Stock Kernel with SafetyNet Patches for the Google Pixel and Pixel XL

If you have unlocked your bootloader, then you may know that SafetyNet is tripped, resulting in Android Pay not working. One solution to this is to use a kernel patch by XDA Recognized Developer sultanxda. For those of you who have an unlocked bootloader and wish to remain on near-stock software, then check out this kernel by XDA Member iissmart.

His kernel is a patched version of the stock kernel that ships with build number NHG47K for the Google Pixel and Pixel XL. The patch that is included is of course the SafetyNet bypass patch, but other than that, the kernel is completely stock. Note that any actions that would otherwise trip SafetyNet, such as rooting the phone, will still trip Google’s safety mechanisms, however, this solution is perfect if you want to have an unlocked bootloader and still use Android Pay and other services.
