Improve Touchscreen Responsiveness for custom ROMs on the OnePlus 3/3T using this Magisk Module

A recent update to OxygenOS for the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T significantly improved touchscreen responsiveness by reducing touch latency – so much so that Carl Pei tweeted that the issue was fixed.
