ARM Chipmakers Can Now Use Intel’s Manufacturing Process

With Intel getting out of the mobile chipmaking business, they have decided to open up their manufacturing process to others. As it is now, the two big players in the game are Samsung and TSMC but Intel hopes to change that going forward. LG will use their 10nm design, Spreadtrum and Altera will opt for 14nm, and Achronix Semiconductor and Netronome will use the 22nm networking silicon.
