Multiwindow has been in the works on Android for a while now. But with Android N, the feature appears to be a lot more polished than its initial appearances, likely in anticipation of making its primetime debut with the official public release of Android N.
However, multiwindow on phones is not always well-received. Screen sizes aside, developers of certain apps may not want to enable multi-window functionality for their app for fear of breaking important parts of their UI.
So, what do you think about multiwindow functionality, specifically on phones? Will it be something you would use on your phone in your daily usage? Would it be a sensible feature to switch on by default universally across Android, with no minimum limit on screen size?
