Enable iOS-Like Flash Notification on Samsung Galaxy S4

If you’ve ever wanted your flash to light up for notifications, as it does on iOS, you’re in luck. XDA Member minhnewpro has stumbled upon the settings value that needs to be changed to enable it on the Samsung Galaxy S4. The settings works for the S4, but chances are, it could also be present in a disabled state in other phones.
