Sony rolled out a Lollipop update for Xperia Z just yesterday. If you still haven’t gotten the update notification you should visit this thread by XDA Senior Member Haminjuri. The prepared FTF file should be flashed with the newest version of Flash Tool. Backup your data before proceeding!
