Google Translate Brings Translation to Any App with Floating Translation Button

An update is rolling out for Google Translate that lets users translate from other apps without leaving the app. Copying text brings up a floating button, which can be tapped to display the translation. Along with this, offline packages have been made smaller, and the Word Lens feature has been extended to Chinese.
