YotaPhone 2 Available for Pre-order

YotaPhone 2

The YotaPhone 2 has just appeared on Indiegogo for the exceptional price of $525 including shipping, which is expected to occur during this August. The highly-anticipated phone has already raised $70,000 from 142 people, smashing the fundraising goal of $50,000 which at this point we can only presume was an arbitrary figure.

The device itself is most definitely an impressive piece of kit, it is claimed to feature a battery life of up to 100 hours using the E-ink display on the rear of the handset. The YotaPhone 2 comes with Qualcomm Quick charge 2.0 and wireless charging, the charging plate will set you back $50 and comes with a power bank. The color screen is a 5″ 1920×1080 AMOLED display whilst the secondary display is a 16 level gray-scale 4.7″ with full touch; both have Gorilla Glass 3. The CPU is a quad-core 2.2GHz Snapdragon 801.

They will be shipping to an incredible list of countries, but at this time pre-orders are unavailable to Latin America, although they have stated that they will be partnering with America Movil to bring YotaPhone2 to those left out this summer.
